Pioneer Dumpsters carries the following sizes:

· 10 yard (8ft wide, 12-14 ft long, 4ft tall)

· 20 yard (8ft wide, 22 ft long, 4.5 ft tall)

· 30 yard (8ft wide,22 ft long, 6 ft tall)

While we don’t require someone to be present during delivery, we ask that our customers clarify dumpster placement and special requirements through communication with our team.

The number of days the dumpster is rented on your contract. We can extend the rental period based on availability.

There are specific weight limits for each dumpster size; this helps us stay in compliance with transportation regulations. Additional fees may apply if those limits are exceeded. Our team can assist with weight estimations dumpster size selection as needed. These limits will also be listed on your contract.

Please reach out to Pioneer Dumpsters for pointers on how to handle oversized items. Options may include breaking down the item or acquiring a larger dumpster.

Acceptable items include residential waste such as garage and moving cleanouts, landscaping and yard waste (with exceptions), construction site waste, etc. Not accepted items include hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gas and refrigerants, contaminated soil, etc. There are items that may have special disposal requirements such as mattresses and certain electronics. Our professionals are available to help with any questions.

At Pioneer Dumpsters we’ve got you covered. We make sure to place the dumpsters on wooden boards to avoid damaging your driveway.

Materials such as yard and garden waste, debris from storms, logs, stumps, grass and weed waste, tree leaves, limbs and branches, etc. are acceptable. Wood products from fences and detached dwellings can also be dumped.

Because concrete is heavier and it reaches weight limits quicker at lower volume than other debris, we ask our customers to separate concrete from other debris as much as possible. If you have a small amount of concrete, it may be possible to combine. Our team can guide you to the best approach to staying in compliance with transportation regulations.
