- Same-day service based on availability
- Minimum 24-hour notice required for all bookings
- Valid name, phone number, and service address required to confirm reservation
- Customer must be present or reachable at delivery to verify placement details
- Clear and accessible drop-off area required (no blocked driveways, low wires, or obstacles)
- Customer is responsible for obtaining any required permits for street placement
- Rental extensions must be requested before scheduled pickup
- Dumpsters must not be moved, overloaded, or altered in any way
- Prohibited items are strictly enforced — additional fees may apply if found
- Final pricing may adjust based on weight, overfill, or restricted materials
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if conditions are unsafe or information is inaccurate
